Static front page — no scrolling

I’m using Twenty Seventeen.
The above is a link to the website I’m working on. The customer wants the page “static” — doesn’t want it to move at all… no scrolling.
Under customization, I have chosen “static front page”. He’s looking at it on a laptop and can only see about 3/4 of the video.
I explained that he can adjust the size of his browser window, so that he can see the full video without scrolling, but he’s adamant that the size of the window shouldn’t matter. Outside of making the video smaller in scale, is there something else I can do? I’m really frustrated with the customer and think he’s not understanding what’s going on.
Thanks, Leigh

What you are talking about is setting it to 100vh which sets whatever element you have chosen to fill 100% of the “view height” of the window. I took a quick look at your template and it would be a lot of css to overwrite what it offers. I would look for a premium template that offers this function. An example of this would be the header of the twenty-seventeen template.
Also the site you are asking about is not a WordPress.com site but is hosted on myftpupload.com. These forums are for WordPress.com sites.
There is a difference on how the sites work

Thank you, dtlevin.
I didn’t realize I was on a different forum (yes, I’m really new to everything WP).
So, I should be using this instead:

Use https://wordpress.org/support/For https://innovisionmm.wordpress.com/
You can use the ones here
https://en.forums.wordpress.com/But like I said you’ll probably save yourself a lot of time and headache just spending a few bucks on a premium theme or pagebuilder or one that has both for the myftpupload.com site. I know the Beaver Builder and Elementor page builder offer what you are talking about for page builders and Avada and Divi themes have build in page builders and templates that will also do it for you that you can use on that site.
