Static front page option is missing

  I cannot change my website – Tesseract theme – to a static front page, the option under customizer, general is missing.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Just to clarify, can you link us to the site and the theme page?

  I am not able to find Tesseract theme both on WordPress.com themes showcase and WordPress.org themes showcase.
