Static Home Page

  I’m using the WP 2.1 static homepage feature. However if I assign a page for the home I have a duplicate page. If I leave it blank I have a blank screen with sidebars, but cannot get content to post. Is there a way to either add content to the static home without assigning another page to it or is there a way to assign a page, but not have that page listed in my header bar anywhere?

  Are you referring to your wordpress.com blog or another, self-hosted blog?

  If it’s self-hosted, you need to ask this question over at wordpress.org

  If it’s your wordpress.com blog, you should be able to edit the Home page content from Manage->Pages. Does this not work for you?

  which blog is it? I don’t see the problem at leforfamily.wordpress.com
