Static home page

  I hit the wrong thing when creating this site and i want a static homepage. But becasue i clicked for the home page to be a list of my posts, it wont let me have the static home page that comes with this theme. Can’t figure it out

  You don’t say which theme you are using and your site is set to private. Have you followed these instructions? https://en.support.wordpress.com/pages/front-page/
