Static home page and blog page
-
I want my landing page to be my ‘home’ page, so I went into settings, > reading and then I changed my home page to a ‘static’ page, but when I did that my blog page then became my home page as well! So now I have two home page links! Useless. How can my landing page be a static home page yet still retain a blog page as a blog page? I’m not sure if that’s clear. I don’t know if this is a theme issue or if I can fix this in my wordpress settings.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi,
At Reading Settings in the WP-Admin dashboard, or at Customize > Homepage Settings, when you select a static page as the front page you are given the option of selecting another page as the posts page (aka “blog” page). If you want the page titled “Home” to be the home or front page, then choose that as the static front page. Then choose another page as the posts page. You might want to use this page: http://www.anelegantmind.com/blog/.
The “Blog” item in your custom menu presently links to the homepage, but the homepage is neither the page titled “Home,” nor the page titled “Blog.” This might resolve automatically once you select the desired static front page and posts page. If not, then you can edit the menu accordingly.

The problem is when I do what you have said: set the static page as the home page and select my blog page as my post page, it makes my post page the same as my static home page. Where do I go to “edit the menu”as you say?
