static home page menu displaying inconsistently

    I’m trying to help update a church website my son inherited. It’s also a blog but uses a static front page. The primary menu displays inconsistently, apparently not dependent on browser used. Sometimes as intended; sometimes as a weird dropdown that covers most of the content on the page. It displays fine on my computer, but suddently changedwhen my son hit ‘preview’ to look at his work. The site is monumentpc.org. Any idea what’s wrong?
