Static IP
-
Hi,
I have a question, do you have the possibility to provide a static IP for the created site?
We are one of the largest toy stores in Poland, and we want to start a blog, but we need it to be in the ‘tantis.pl/blog’ directory (tantis.pl is our main domain). Is there such a possibility of configuration at your site?Correct account: Yes
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi there,
We use a global network of servers and static IP addresses to ensure that your site loads as quickly as possible no matter where in the world your visitors are coming from. Because of this we are not able to assign static IP addresses. If I can ask, why do you need your IP to be static?

Typically to have a subdirectory URL structure such as you mention, you will need to host our blog directly on the same servers as you host your main site on. E.G. you would create a folder on your hosting called “blog” and the address of that folder would be tantis.pl/blog.
However, for an outside service like WordPress.com it’s not possible to do that. However, as a workaround you could use subdomain instead, something like blog.tantis.pl.
Is that an option you are able to consider? If so we are easily able to handle that.
Also I wanted to mention that if you would like assistance in setting up a WordPress blog that is a stylistic match to the main site, our team is able to take this on for you so that you do not need to manage it in-house. More info here: https://builtbywp.com/
Hope that helps. Please let us know if you have any more questions.
