Static IP address

  Our payment processor requires that we have a static IP address. We already confirmed we have one with Siteground, our webhost, but does our WordPress website have a static IP?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Your site shopgreensapothecary.com is using the self-hosted version of WordPress.

  These forums are for WordPress.com hosted sites only :) https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

  Contact your host(Site ground) regarding this issue.
