Static page choice doesn't work

I want my front page to be a static page– the About page. When I go to “customize” and try to change it from the drop down menu, it changes the front page to my “forms” page, despite the fact that I have chosen my “About” page. Can you help?

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  • To change that, you need to log into your WordPress.com site’s dashboard and go to Settings–>Reading.

The first item on the page is the “Front page displays” setting. Select “A static page (select below) ” and then choose your front page and a different page where your posts would go. Don’t forget to scroll to the bottom and click “save”.

Let me know if you have any trouble.
