Static page is corrupted

  I’m trying to stop comments posted on “About Me” (http://stouenglishclub.wordpress.com/about/) page and it’s also corrupted.
  Thanks for your help in advance

  Edit your about Page – when you are in the editor page down toward the bottom of the page and there should be a box about comments (enable / disable) can’t remember which – change that box to what you want and save the changes / update the page.

  What do you mean by “corrupted” the page looked fine to me.

  Pages > disable and enable comments
  Edit page and under the editor box scroll down until you find the “Discussion Module”
  locate and disable these:
  Discussion
  __Allow comments.
  __Allow trackbacks and pingbacks on this page.
  Click “update”

  If you can’t locate the Discussion Module got to the top right hand corner of your Admin page and click “screen options” and enable “Discussion” there.
