Static page not working

  My site is http://bookfair.wordpress.com I have a static page (Welcome) selected. But I can’t get it to show. When I select view page it takes me to the latest post. When I chose Welcome from the navi bar it goes to the latest post also. HELP! How do I fix this problem and get everything back on track?
