Static Page not Working

I am trying to have my blog posts set on a separate page and come up on my home page. I have followed all the directions for setting up the separate pages and making them static and everything. My posts are still not coming up on my homepage. I also have a features section on my home page with my blog, about, and about me. The about and about me sections are loaded but my blog section is blank minus the title. How can I get these fixed???? Please and thank you!

It looks like your site is using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but is hosted with another webhost.
We’re only able to provide support for WordPress websites that are hosted by us here at WordPress.com. For help with a WordPress site hosted elsewhere you’ll need to ask over at the WordPress.org forums:

I am a bit confused on this because I only have a WordPress.com login and not a WordPress.org account. I am using bluehost to host my site and they were not able to help me as it is a design issue. I tried to see if I could post in WordPress.org forum but I cannot without an account. So is there anywhere I can get help?
I’ve looked at forums/post similar to my problem, but I still couldn’t get it fixed sadly

You will need to create a new account on WordPress.org to be able to post there, that is independent from your WordPress.com account and from your Bluehost login :)
