static page problem
-
Hi all, I have a minor problem on my site but I think it is causing my BrailleNote not to like the page. I have my blog posts set to display on a static page and have named it blog, and that shows up in the navigation. However, when this page is clicked, it displays the title of the page as “title of last post | Bob’s website” where title of last post is the title of my most recent post. I want the title to be in the same format as all my other static pages, so the title of this one would be blog | Bob’s website. How can I fix this?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

I’m thinking this is a question that made need Staff to answer it. I have flogged the thread so they respond to you.

Should I wait for staff to reply here or contact them? I had a friend of mine look at the blog page and the html looks fine. Also one thing to note, the title displays wrong on both PC and BN.

Hi Bob,
I flagged the thread yesterday for Staff attention and it has been removed so, if no other Volunteer can help with this issue, then may I suggest you use this link to contact Staff directly? > http://en.support.wordpress.com/contact/ -
Thanks TT, I I just wanted to see if a staff member would reply here because they were closed for the holidays, I thought it they wouldn’t reply to an issue like this on break.

“I have my blog posts set to display on a static page”.
Not really. You’ve set “blog” as your posts page, which means you’ve turned it into a dynamic page displaying your latest posts. So what you’re describing is normal behavior.
