Static Page URL Redirection

    Hi,

I am trying to find a way where I can add a Static Page Link in WordPress so the link appears on my Blog, but instead of directing to a Static Page within the Blog, it directs to an external URL.

For example, the menu bar I have at the top of my Blog currently has “Home” and “About”. I want to add, say, for example “Webmail” to this same menu bar, but I want it to direct to http://www.mydomain.com/webmail. Using the Links area of WordPress does not work for this, as the Links area appears on a different area of the Blog and I want these Links I’m trying to put in to appear next to the “Home” and “About” links.

I know I can directly edit my header.php file and add these in, but I would prefer to be able to do it directly in WordPress for the sake of correctness.

Is there a way of doing this in standard WordPress, or can someone recommend a Plugin that allows me to do this?

    Many thanks,
    Daniel.

    Greets:

You need to be over at http://wordpress.org as you’re running different software than we are here at wp.com and our answers would be different. This is covered in the Please Read me first before posting sticky at the head of the forums as well as the links on your own WordPress backend.

*chuckle* Makes the title of this post rather ironic, don’t you think? :)

    Good luck,

Ah sorry made a mistake…and for the record I am not American…I know how many sides a triangle has.

    Not a problem. :)

But can you play a triangle? (I haven’t watched the video. I don’t have earphones today.)
