static pages not appearing
-
I am building a blog/website. I have left the home page as my blog and added 3 static pages (‘about’,’music’,’writing’) for stuff that won’t change often. On my dashboard, ‘pages’ shows the three as drafts. However, the ‘Right Now’ portion shows zero pages, and the three names do not appear on the banner that should show them. What gives?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Troubleshooting – My Pages aren’t appearing
check the page visibility settings > http://en.support.wordpress.com/pages/page-visibility/
They must be public pages – not private.
Public – The page will be visible to everyone.
Protected – The page is protected with a password you set. Only people who have the password can view a protected page.
Private – Pages are only visible to blog Editors and Administrators. Private pages are not visible in any search. A page can be private without being password protected. -
I am using 2011 template. There SHOULD be a banner showing the static pages. No such banner appears … What do I do. The pages are public, and they are published. THey appear on my main page dashboard.

Static pages are published, and they are public. The ‘parent’ is Main (apparently the default). They are not showing on the banner.
