Static parent menu tab

I am having trouble creating a static parent tab for my menu. I saw the directions to create a link, etc, but when I go to add a link, it looks different than what the directions are telling me to do. Can anyone please walk me through the steps more clearly?

I am not sure how to take a screen shot.
I read the page you suggested.
I want to make a few of my menu options into links that don’t actually open into a page, as they have no content. For example, I want the “Wellness Coaching” Menu item to be a link without an actual page attached to it, not clickable. I read in the document you sent me that you have to make it a link, and I can’t figure out how to do that. If I go into my dashboard, I can click on “links” and click “add new” but how do I make that link become a menu item? The directions are unclear to me? -

Want a menu tab to link directly to another website? No problem! Type in the URL where you want to take someone when they click on it, add Link Text to specify what the tab will say, and then click Add to Menu. Optionally, you can have a custom link open in a new window or tab by enabling Link Targets described on the advanced menu settings page.”
I copied the above from the help document. I think that is what I need to do? And the once I do that, I need to erase the URL so it becomes blank. It says “Type in the URL where you want to take someone” Where I am typing this? Under add new menu? Under add new link?
