Static Post on already altered page

  Hello!

  Thank you for all of my already answered questions. You guys have been great
  On a page that is bringing up posts from a certain tag, how does one make one of them static, so that it is always the top post even if I post afterwards?

  Specifically in relation to the page below cheers

  You can’t change the functionality of a Tag/Category page.

  You’re welcome. You can do it on an independently-hosted WP.org blog, I believe, but not here.
