Static site, no blog

    I am creating a static small business website. I chose the Goran theme, it is clean and simple. However, when I select “view site”, it defaults to the blog page. I DO NOT want a blog anywhere on the website. How can I make it go away? If I can’t make it go away, how can I at least make it not the default home page?

    If it is required as a part of the site/theme, I will figure something out and possibly create blog.

    Please help. I would like to go live in a few days with this site.

    What is the URL for website your require assistance with?

    If you are looking to set your homepage as Static rather then Your Latest Post you can follow the directions outlined in the following documentation: https://en.support.wordpress.com/pages/front-page/
