Hello there,
I am not clear on what you are reporting and exactly which link you mean.If you are not using a browser and version of it found at http://browsehappy.com please upgrade.
If you are running one of the browsers and versions listed at http://browsehappy.com/ please try clearing your browser’s cache https://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/#clearing-your-browser-cache
If that does not work please try using another browser.
If you are still not successful let us know:
(a) Exactly what kind of device you are using to connect to the internet and to WordPress.com.
(b) Exactly which browser (and version of it) you’re using by checking here if necessary http://supportdetails.com/
(c) Exactly what you experience including what any error reports you receive state.
(d) Will you provide a screenshot for Staff please? I’ll tag this thread for their attention. You can use http://snag.gy/ to share screenshots and link to them here. If you use the WordPress.com guide screenshots you can and upload it to your Media Library, and return to this thread to provide the file name so Staff can examine it. -
No ,no
I want to say it:
I use in my blog link shortening service(adfly).
It seemed before AdFly clicks . -
You have to go back to the month before the month that doesn`t show your numbers of clicks.

You cannot post AdFly links on any WordPress.COM blog – period. Doing so will get a WordPress.COM blog suspended. No blogger initiated advertising is allowed on WordPress.com blogs. The only advertising program at WordPress.com is called WordAds and it’s for blogs on their own domains.

http://en.wordpress.com/apply-for-wordads/Advertising outside of WordAds at WordPress.com is not allowed.

http://en.wordpress.com/tos/1. WordPress.com allows bloggers to insert text affiliate links within post and page content to most third-party affiliate programs, provided they are not the primary content of the site in question.
2. Image affiliate links in posts and pages and any banners, affiliate links in sidebar or footer widget areas, are still considered to be advertising and are not allowed on WordPress.com blogs.
NOTE: A self-hosted WordPress site might be right for you. WordPress.org offers free software that you can install on a web server. You can upload and install themes and plugins, run ads, conduct ecommerce and edit the database. http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums. Read the differences here http://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
If you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right hand corner of the page that opens, so you can post to the support forums there.

WordPress.org support docs are at https://codex.wordpress.org/Main_Page -
timethief is correct, Adf.ly is restricted from WordPress.com under our advertising and affiliate link policies. Those links are stripped from sites automatically where possible and continuing to use them can lead to having your site suspended.
There are other link shortening service available without the advertising component that are not restricted, such as bitly.
For your own content you can also generate wp.me shortlinks:
