  Hi,
  I know it’s not the most important thing in the world, but it appears that I’ve lost my site’s statistics from the last few years.
  My Jetpack got disconnected the other day by mistake and when I re-connected all of my stats were gone. Since then I’ve been gathering new stats but the old ones have not returned.

  This is wordpress.COM support. We do not provide Jetpack support https://jetpack.me/support/ for sites linked to wordpress.COM accounts with the Jetpack plugin so they display on the My Sites wordpress.com account page.

  WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums.   As you are referring to a site that is not hosted here, if you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG account, then click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right-hand corner of the page that opens, https://wordpress.org/support/register.php so you can post to the support forums there.

  Hi, thanks for your comprehensive answer.

  I just filled in the contact support box on wordpress.com, hence it posting here. I didn’t realise that it was only going to post to a forum or I’d have checked it was the right one.
