Statistics has stopped working. Visitors and hits both showing nail suddenly. How do I make them show numbers ?

Hi @glenberd, could you send a link to the site you’re having trouble with? If it’s a Jetpack connected site, can you try ensuring it’s properly connected, via https://jetpack.com/support/debug/ ?

Hi. The site is https://shulbythesea.co.uk/
I tried the Jetpack debug but it said it didn’t recognise me.
The statistics and hits just show zero for the last two days.
Thanks for your help -
OK Jetpack debug worked now :
Debug
Everything looks great!
All tests have passed for shulbythesea.co.uk and your Jetpack powered site looks good to go! If you’re still experiencing trouble working with Jetpack, please check out the following resources: -
Hi there,
I see that you’re using another stats plugin called WP Statistics. Can you please disable that just in case it interferes with the Jetpack Stats module?
-
Hi again
Thanks for that. I’ve disabled WP Statistics.
Does that mean I will only see visitors and hits on Jetpack dashboard now, as the statistics link has gone from the bottom of my dashboard menu?
Is it better if I somehow disable to Jetpack one to get my ‘old’ statistics back ? -
You should be able to see stats directly on your account on WordPress.com:
https://wordpress.com/stats/day/
If you prefer to use stats from another plugin, you can disable the ones from Jetpack:
