Statistics don't count anymore

Since about 5 days first “Jahr” stopped counting, yesterday “Monate” and today “Woche”.
Is this problem already known?

Hi there,
Your stats show the correct totals for me for the past month, week, and the year to date. It could be that the information is just not updating in your browser. Can you please clear your browser cache and cookies and see if it updates then? Also check your stats in a different browser, please.

Hi, thank You for help.
The different Windows10-browser works, Firefox after clearing all cookies and caches with CC does not.
What can I do more…?

Can you try restarting Firefox in Safe Mode? Click the menu icon top right, click the Help icon, and select “Restart with add-ons disabled”
Log in and view the stats page. If it displays correctly, it means a browser extension in Firefox is causing this. In that case, disable all your extensions and then reactivate them one at a time, checking the stats page inbetween, to determine which extension is causing this.
I would note that I checked your stats in Firefox when they showed correctly for me, so this issue is likely caused by the specific Firefox installation on your computer, and not a problem with the browser in general.

I restarted Firefox in Safe Mode, now I lost statistics “daily” too.
(Only) When clicking at the “Visitors”, they switch to the correct latest values. When clicking at “Calls”, nothing happens.
I wonder why the old statistics are correct, but not the new-ones…

That is really strange. Can you please make sure that JavaScript is enabled in your browser?
If that’s not the issue, please check if there are any errors in your browser console. Please take screen shots of those and upload them to your site’s media library, then I’ll be able to see them.

Okay, that’s malware that changed your browser settings, and could be what is causing this. That type of malware is often installed along with software you download for free from the web, but it could also have been installed by clicking the wrong link on a website somewhere.
You might want to download and install Malwarebytes as well. They have a Premium version that scans websites in real time as you visit them to prevent stuff from this being downloaded, but the free version also works very well. With the free version you just need to tell yourself to scan every couple of weeks or so. That should help you prevent malware like this that might make it past Windows Defender.

Thank You, I installed the free version of “Malwarebytes” now, it found more than 3800 potential malware within files and registerkeys.
Now they are completely in “quarantine”…
