Statistics for Home page

  The Dashboard Statistics page shows the hits for static pages I’ve created and for my blog posts, but how do I get to see how many hits there are on my Home page? (i.e. the top-level page for the site). Or am I missing something?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  That’s easy: it’s the total number of hits minus the number of hits on specific posts and pages.

  Seems an unnecessarily cumbersome/manual process but at least I can get it.

  Yes, it is complicated but is it correct? The numbers look strange to me.

  What numbers would look more normal to you? I’ve lectured on stats, and yes, it is correct.

  I meant that there seems to be very little traffic to the home page compared to the articles. Of course it is possible.

  Without a link to your blog, I can’t do anything but guess. You must be getting linked to by several sources, more than usual relative to the main blog. Which probably means you’re posting very interesting stuff.
