Statistics for wordpress 2.8 and theme edit?

I have just switced to wordpress.org
That thing does not provide statistics like the wordpress.com
What can I do, I searched on google but not great luck and I really don’t know what is more reccomended. I would like something that shows even the IP of the person who enters the page full details.Also I use a nice theme but I would like to edit it more. I would like to stretch the width more? What should I do…
I am sorry if I ask something easy but I have already spend 2 days trying to figure out that stuff.

The field is wide open for you. Google Analytics, Sitemeter, Statcounter, Activemeter, or if you were happy with the stats here, get the wordpress.com stats plugin. Search over at http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/ . You will have to use your API key from here to set it up which can be found at users > your profile in your account here.
