Statistics – made of IPs count, computer or browser?

  Hi

  The WordPress support says that the blog stats do not count the author’s visits when he’s not logged in. What if he is logged in in one browser but unlogged in another (the second enabling him to see the global outlook of the site)?

  In other words, what does the count take into account: IPs, computer (with cookies) or browser?
