statistics: my own visits are counted

  Why do my own visits on the blog are counted in the statistics of the website? I am properly logged in. It started this week and I haven’t changed anything at least not that I am aware of. Could anyone help me, please?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Because your site is marked “Private,” your own visits do count in the statistics.

  Jetpack Stats

  “Do Site Stats include my own visits to my blog? – Only for private blogs. For users with private blogs, your Site Stats page will show any visits that you have made to your own blog, as well the visits of other users who have access to your blog.”
