Statistics Outage Jan 30th

    We had a problem with the stats today (Jan 30th) for several hours. Stats are currently being recorded once again and we’re working on restoring the missing stats.

    We’ll let you know here as and when we have any more information.

    The stats updates are proceeding nicely and as a result many of you may notice your stats going up rather quickly. This is because we are processing about 5.5 hours of stats as quickly as possible. As a side effect of this processes, stats will NOT reset at midnight GMT as they normally do, but we will reset them once the restore is complete. Don’t worry, we are going to keep all of tomorrow (GMT) stats separate so that everything lines up perfectly in your stats graphs and charts once everything is done. Again, sorry for the inconvenience.

    We have restored all of the stats for the 30th and are now working to catch up all of the stats for the 31st. We had to turn off the parsing while we updated the stats for yesterday. The new stats for today should updated in a few hours.
