  Can I set anything to exclude my own views of the blog?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  The views from admins are not included in stats (except for private blogs) so there’s nothing you need to set. It should already work that way. Note this only applies if you’re logged in. If you view your blog while logged out those views will be recorded. http://en.support.wordpress.com/stats/

  Thanks. I guess the explanation must be that I change something and sign out AND THEN check it’s working from a straight link – I could see I was boosting the Views somehow!

  Yes, if you view your blog that way the views will be counted. Only way to not have that happen is to be logged in when you view your blog.
