  What’s going on here?

  I have 1 visitor but 143 views today. Do I have a really excited fan?

  I checked https://wordpress.com/my-stats/?unit=1&blog=15574356 and I see 75 visitors and 163 views for October 22, 2014. Can you try refreshing the stats page to see if the visitors number updates for you? It’s possible that the view you saw before was just a temporary glitch.

  Same here! I have one visitor with 215 views for Oct 22nd! What’s going on?

  I crosschecked and also noticed that when I click on a page,, the stat goes up on that page. I hope the stats are accurate and not including me as a visitor (also I’m pretty sure I havent made 215 views)

  Could be a temporary glitch. It’s now reading 118 Visitors and 253
  Views. Thanks all.

  We can always help check in on the stats, but keep in mind they are not perfect and not always in perfect sync. If you see a problem again in the future, try waiting a bit and then refreshing the stats page. If the problem doesn’t go away, it’s a great help to collect a screenshot like the one you posted earlier except make it show the entire browser window so the web address is visible. If enough people are having problems that are happening over time, it’s something we will want to take a closer look at. Otherwise, just keep in mind that stats are constantly being updated and sometimes just need a refresh to catch up.
