  Why don’t my stats come up any more? When I click on it, none of the details come up.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Or here:

  Or both places?

  Can you please try loading your stats in an alternate browser, such as Firefox and Chrome and let me know if you have the same problem in that browser?

  It’s the my-stats page I can’t access.

  I don’t understand why I’ve been able to do it for 6 months and now can’t.

  Unfortunately I’ve no idea how to open them in another browser as I only seem to have Internet Explorer on my laptop – it’s old and so’s the software and there’s no hope of me updating it ’til next year.

  Hi there – If it’s an older version of Internet Explorer then unfortunately that’s probably the issue. The My Stats page and other screens on the WordPress.com Dashboard do not work very well in older versions of Internet Explorer (versions prior to version 9).

  If you are able to download an alternate browser on your laptop, that’d be a solution:
  http://browsehappy.com/

  Also, make sure you’re using the most recent version of IE that your software will support.

  Thank you, I shall download as advised. It’s just frustrating that I could access it perfectly up til last week and now I can’t when I haven’t changed any of my settings or my system.
