  Stats are not working.

  Hi there. Are you referring to the new Stats page on the My Sites page (https://wordpress.com/stats), or the classic Stats page here: https://wordpress.com/my-stats/

  By “not working”, do you mean the page won’t load?

  Try clearing your browser cache and cookies and also make sure your Flash player is up to date: http://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/
  http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/

  I’ve also found the stats page sometimes don’t load correctly when there’s something wrong with my connection, so try resetting your modem/router and see if that helps.

  If none of that works, let us know.
