  Hi there, is this for http://norisroberts.wordpress.com/ in particular? We’ve occasionally noticed that certain browsers can have trouble with the stats, most particularly Safari.

  If you are using Safari, could you try to switch off the “Prevent cross-site tracking” function in your privacy settings? Apple have a guide for it here:
