  Friends are viewing my site and personally emailing comments, so I know they are reading the posts. However, the statistics tool is not recording their visits and views. This has been a consistent problem that I would love some help with!

  Hi there!

  Sometimes it occurs because of cache on your browser, can you try to clear it?

  You can try another browser or even the incognito window on chrome, sometimes it helps.
