  Hi, I’ve noticed that although I have readership (confirmed with e-mails from followers), the stats aren’t showing anything for weeks. Can you tell me if this function is not working?

  Hi Caroline.
  I had a the same problem with no stats for six days and I just managed to solve it myself.
  This is what I did:

  1 In the Jetpack menu in the Dashboard.

  2 On the bottom of the page there is a debug option. Click on that.

  3 In the lower part of the screen there is a link called:
  click to access the full module list

  4 From there I deactivated and then activated the stats option.

  I now see a new visitor so it looks like the problem have been solved.

  Hi there @cjggd what is the URL of the site you’re referring to? I see some recent stats on the site you listed, so my best guess is that they’re reading your posts via email and not visiting the site.

  
  @ergunde thanks for helping! :) Please keep in mind that sites hosted at WordPress.com won’t have the same Jetpack experience as self-hosted WordPress.org sites, since Jetpack really just brings already built-in WordPress.com features to WordPress.org.
