My wordpress stats say i’ve had no views on my website since December! I’ve averaged around 1000 views per month since 2016. I’ve also noticed in my google search bar when I’m on my site it says ‘not secure’ is this something to do with it?

Is this about the site paulbankssigns.com? If so, I’m afraid that, your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted with JustHost.
Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers. That said, for the Stats, you may want to reach out to Jetpack support here: https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/jetpack/
As for the “not secure”, that’s probably an issue with your security certificate, you’ll want to contact your registrar, JustHost, for that.
