  Stats on my WordPress app dont work

  Hi there,

  What exactly doesn’t work? Is the stats screen not appearing at all, or is it loading, but the stats aren’t updating? Are you able to view stats if you visit the stats page in the browser on your phone?

  Are you using the Android or iOS app? What version of Android/iOS, and what is the version number of the WordPress app you have installed?

  Have you tried force-quitting the app and restarting your phone? How about completely re-installing the app?

  When I press to view stats it says data not loading retry.

  I have un uninstalled and installed the app again but no change. I have logged out and still no change. I have I am using android phone

  Please try completely shutting down and restarting your phone. I see no problems with the Jetpack connection for your site, so this is most likely a connection problem on your device. Restarting it will clear its local connection cache, and usually helps for this type of issue.

  Failing that, please check if the stats load using a different internet connection.
