Why don’t my STATS appear? I note on the forum that many people have had the problem

For several weeks now, STATS display has been abnormal or non-existent. Does anyone know if WordPress is going to fix this?

What makes you think the issue is at the WordPress.com end of things? There are millions of us and only a few are experiencing this problem. Would you please provide some destils? These are the troubleshooting steps we take whenever any issues like this arise:

updating the browser to the latest stable version (not a buggy BETA browser version) http://browsehappy.com/

resetting your router and modem and rebooting your computer
then logging in using the secure https:// log-in see http://en.support.wordpress.com/https/
trying another browserIf those do not work for you then we need to know
(1) how you are connecting to the internet and to WordPress.com. The way you connect to the internet (mobile, satellite, DSL, dial-up) and to your blog, and how many proxy server jumps etc. it takes to connect can cause problems. There maybe be problems with your ISP and/or with the proxy servers. Also note that the main dashboard isn’t designed to work with touch devices through the tablet and smartphone browsers.(2) exactly which browser and version of it are you using. The second URL you listed gives me STATS, but the display is too large scale to show all items. I have been unable to reduce size.

If you run IE9 in compatibility mode it renders as if it’s IE7 and IE7 is not supported. Do you have another browser you can try? You can upgrade any browser version here or download another one http://browsehappy.com

I get the same spinning icon whether I use your first URL above or click on STATS or VIEW ALL.

Firefox password is not working. I have to run for an appointment and will resume later today.

I tried Firefox and STATS work fine. then went back to IE and NO STATS. I will try Avant and Opera later.

Your browser is reporting as IE 7, which means that you have compatibility mode enabled.
Please try disabling compatibility mode and try checking your stats again.
