  I have 7 likes on a post but the stats say it has 0 views, how is that possible?

  Likes and shares are misleading when you are talking about page view stats. Your followers and anyone with a WordPress.com blog who is logged into WordPress.com can “like” and “share” your posts in several locations such as the Reader without ever clicking into your blog and creating a page view stat.   Also note that those who have gravatar accounts but do not upload an image can still click like buttons and there will be no gravatar displayed.

  I started my blog 3 weeks ago. I plan on posting something new once a week. Currently, from my stats it shows I have 32 followers and have had almost 600 views.

  What is considered to be a good start for a successful blog? Am I on track, behind, about the average? Is there an average time line for a blog to be somewhat successful?
