Stats and Api Key problems after reinstall WordPress 2.7

Few weeks ago i installed WordPress 2.7 on some host. I installed the wordpress.com stats plugin, and made an account on wordpress.com to get the API Key. After that the stats show perfectly in my Dashboard.

Then few days ago i didnt like the theme i had. By a big mistake i messed up my SQL-Database and needed to reinstall wordpress 2.7 and needed to make a new sql-database.

Today i installed the plugin again and got the old api key from the wordpress account which i made a few weeks ago. After few hours the stats dont show up. Alot of friends visited that day my site.

So what did i next? I made a 2nd wordpress account (on a other email with a other username) to get an new api key.

Now i still get this message:

You are not a member of this blog.

If you have just installed the Automattic Stats plugin, this error probably appeared because the API key entered in the plugin belongs to a different WordPress.com user account.

    * Have the owner of the API key visit this page and add you to the blog, or
    * Get your API key here, then deactivate and activating the plugin and enter your key to add your account to the access list for this blog.

Both accounts wont work with my blog on http://www.oxize.nl anymore. How can i fix this?

p.s.: In which php file does you guys put the wp-footer variable?
