Stats and Insights – Specific Date Range

Hi there,
I provide my client with stat and insight reports every month on the 15th. This past Monday was a holiday so the report was not generated. Can we generate a monthly stat and insight report for a specific date window, for example, Jan 15 – Feb 15?

Are you referring to northcountryhomeless.org which is connected to your account?
Are you using the WordPress.com Stats or some other tool, like Google Analytics?
On the WordPress.com Stats, I see that we have recorded all visits from that time period and I’m not sure what you mean by a report not being generated. This is not how those stats work.
If you use another tool to get those reports, then you need to contact the author of that tool for further assistance.

Yes, I am referring to northcountryhomeless.org. Right now, I am using WordPress stats, but I have been considering to move to MonsterInsights + Google Analytics if I run into limitations such as this. With WordPress Stats, I wanted to see if I could choose a specific date range: 1/15 – 2/15. Not 1/1 – 1/31, not 1/1 – 2/19, not all-time. But, to have a ability to enter a specific date range to see how many visitors and views.

It looks like northcountryhomeless.org is a self-hosted WordPress site, which is a bit different to a site hosted on WordPress.com. You can read about these differences here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
To use Google Analytics, you might want to us something like Google Site Kit: https://wordpress.org/plugins/google-site-kit/
