stats and notifications are not displaying correctly

My stats, notifications, views, visitors, and Likes are not being displayed correctly on many recent posts. I am receiving email notifications but the blog itself is not showing the right information on either the post itself, or within my Dashboard or Stats. This has been going on for quite a while. My blog is http://purplesplatitudes.wordpress.com/ and the issue can be seen on many recent posts, especially in the past few days. I am running Win 8.1 and IE on a brand new PC, cookies and cache have been cleared regularly, daily. I have tried signing out and back into my blog and restarted the computer but the issue is not resolved. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
