Stats and Subscriber transfer to wordpress.org

  Hello,

  I recently moved my blog to self hosted wordpress.org but I lost all of my subscribers and my previous stats. Can these be migrated to my new blog. chicandcoily.com and the original is chicandcoily.wordpress.com

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
