stats are completely blank

hi everyone

my stats when i want to load them show the W in the circle as if it’s about to load…then it goes blank. when i click view all for the bigger charts…it redirects me to a completely blank page.

i searched the forums for this similar problem but there doesn’t seem to be any.

i have updated versions of java and flash.

does anyone have a suggestion as to what to do?

Hi. Just a thought but for the last month or two, stat graphs use HTML5, which only works on the most recent browsers…

…so that might be a reason why updating Java and Flash did not give a result.

What is the name and version number of your browser? (for example, Mozilla Firefox version 3.6.12).

i have the most recent version of firfox as well.

Do you mean that your browser and version of it is Firefox3.6.12?

Some issues can be caused by not updating your Flash. You can use this link to see if your flash is up to date. http://www.adobe.com/software/flash/about/ If it’s not then go to http://www.adobe.com/products/flashplayer/ and download and install the latest version of flash.

I do see that you say you have updated your Flash but I just wanted you to make sure the version your have is the most current one. If it is then I think you ought to contact Staff for help. http://en.support.wordpress.com/contact/
