Stats are Very Confusing

  I don’t understand what the stats represent.
  Today I have likes and comments but no views. How can that happen?
  And yesterday I had views with no visitors. Again, how can that happen?
  Doesn’t there have to be a visitor to get a view and a view to get a comment or a like?

  So, if I understand correctly, readers can like from the Reader and that doesn’t register as a visit. But the reader shows the abbreviated post, so people are liking without actually reading the post?
  Other than that are there ways likes or comments do not count as visits?
