stats at “top posts and pages”: numbers, not post titles

  When checking the blog’s stats at “top posts and pages” there is listed in lieu of the post’s title a series of numbers–two or three digits–which when clicked upon just open the main page. Is there a way to “convert” those numbers to the post titles being viewed?
