Stats backup

Is it possible to backup the stats of a self hosted wordpress connected to wordpress.com? I had some issues with Jetpack comments and my wordpress.com went haywire due to overlap with a self hosted development wordpress.
For a moment I couldn’t access the stats of the production website and thought I lost them. Luckily I did not but it made me wonder what kind of backup is possible for the stats of a self hosted website connected to wordpress.com

WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums.
