Stats Chart Won’t Load

  When I use Firefox, the new stats chart doesn’t load. No problem with Safari. (I use a Mac).

  Any ideas?

  Can you please try clearing out your browser’s cache and cookies?

  I will—but this is not the only issue that has appeared in the last two days. I can’t add tags, for instance, and I don’t get a permanent link unless I first save my post as a draft. Also I’m not getting automatic saves or a word count. Lots of problems that weren’t there until two days ago.

  @rebecca, clearing cache and cookies can fix a multitude of issues in the dashboard. There is no guarantee it always will, or will in this particular case, but in the 3+ years I’ve been here I have seen it fix a ton of problems.

  Becky, you’re welcome, and keep that little trick in mind anytime the dashboard starts acting wacky. It usually clears it up.
