Stats difference between viewer and visitor

  I am at a lost to understand the difference in the stats chart when it shows “visitor” and “views”.

  What is the difference???

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  If I click into your blog and click 5 links and view 5 pages then that’s 1 visitor and 5 page view stats.
