Stats different when I choose View All
-
When I check my stats for the day, I see the items with the top number of views, but when I click on View All to see everything, the results are quite differerent. For example, some of the items in the top views won’t show up at all, or perhaps with fewer views. Why is this?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hey there,
Typically a view is reported within five minutes, while it can take up to two hours for new visitors to show up in your stats.
Also, note that both the views and viewers and views by country take hours to update. To read more about Stats please check out http://en.support.wordpress.com/stats
For Views and Visitors, https://en.support.wordpress.com/stats/#views-and-visitors
I’m not sure if this is what you are looking for but hopefully, it can shed some light on your concern.
Thanks!

thanks, but that isn’t it…I have read all that info. Here’s an example:
When I click on yesterday’s bar in the chart, under Posts and Pages I see that the second most viewed item is a picture in a post I did yesterday, with 11 views. When I click on View All at the bottom of the Post and Pages list, that picture does not even show up with a single view. However, another item with 4 views shows up in the View All list with 4 views.
I don’t understand the difference in the top list and the View All list. -
Hi there,
The problem is that the All Sites view of daily stats resets at midnight UTC instead of the time zone that’s set for your site. It is a known issue, but also might be intentional as time zone is a site-specific setting, not an account-specific one. But I’ll add your case to the existing report on this.
