stats disappeared

Since last Friday stats don’t work anymore on Windows. I get them on android, but on all my windows machines the stats page remains empty. What’s wrong? Many thanks in advance, Axel Schneider

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  • Hi Axel – Do you see this in multiple browsers on your Windows machine? For example, can you tell me if you see the stats in Firefox but not in Chrome, or if you don’t see them in either browser?

Hi, am using chrome, no other browser, reader and freshly pressed disappeared too. am not aware of having changed anything.

  • Can you please deactivate any add-ons or extensions that you are using with Chrome to see if one of them is interfering with these pages loading?

If that doesn’t change anything, can you please follow these directions to provide me with any Javascript errors that appear when you load your stats page:
    http://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/advanced-browser-troubleshooting/#javascript-errors-in-google-chrome

Here are instructions for how to make a screenshot: http://en.support.wordpress.com/make-a-screenshot/

You can upload it to your blog’s Media Library and I can look at it there.

done. the screenshot is in the media library.

  • Thanks – really sorry, but the errors are too small for me to read in that screenshot. Could you make another one of just the error panel or you could copy/paste the errors from the console into this thread?

Consider using ‘dppx’ units instead of ‘dpi’, as in CSS ‘dpi’ means dots-per-CSS-inch, not dots-per-physical-inch, so does not correspond to the actual ‘dpi’ of a screen. In media query expression: print, not all, (-webkit-min-device-pixel-ratio: 1.25), (min-resolution: 120dpi) (index):32
